Need Help Overcoming That Next Movement? (Spring Nutrition Tip Inside)

Have you ever seen someone do something in the gym and thought, “I’d like to do that”?

I bet you have!

Maybe you saw someone do a double-under with a jump rope or a muscle-up on the gymnastics rings. Maybe it was a pull-up, a kettlebell snatch, or a handstand push-up.

Or maybe you saw someone lift something heavy or post a great time for a 5k run.

We have so many amazing people in the gym, and I love how they all inspire others to do great things. That’s the beauty of our group: We motivate each other to become stronger and healthier and fitter. I bet something you do inspires someone else to be great, too!

But sometimes people feel shy about the things they want to do. I’m here to tell you there’s no need to keep these goals to yourself. I’d love to know what you’ve been thinking about. Let’s talk and make a plan!

In other cases, people don’t think certain goals are possible. We’ve heard it regularly: “I could never do that.” But then after some time and coaching, “that” is crossed off the list and the person is off to chase the next thing. Maybe you want to know if a certain goal is even possible. We can talk about that, too!

If you’ve got something on your mind, hit reply and let me know. We can set up an appointment to chat.

Here’s what will happen: We’ll talk about what you want to accomplish, and I’ll provide the exact plan, including some milestones on a timeline. I’ll tell you how to measure progress and lay out everything you need to do to keep moving forward. If you like the plan, we’re off to the races.

So have you got anything you want to accomplish? Hit reply!

Spring Tip

Here’s one more thing to think about: If you or your kids might benefit from some extra veggies in your diet, spring is the perfect time to plan for that.

Here’s the deal: Get some vegetable plants from your local nursery and get them in the ground as soon as it’s warm enough. Then take care of the plants until you can harvest the produce. Get the kids involved, too.

When you’ve got a big basket of veggies right from your own garden, you’ll want to eat them, and so will your kids. The stuff you grow yourself just seems to taste better because of all the work you put in.

If you have any interest in improving your family’s nutrition, now’s the time. Get some plants this week!

And if you want to go further, I can help you with more healthy habits as well.
