We are a coaching facility that focuses on holding you accountable to the goals you set. We are family friendly, dog friendly, and specialize in helping people with no experience in fitness make habits for life. We want your body to help you accomplish whatever you set your mind to at any age.

1. How do I get started with training at Vegvisir CrossFit & Personal Training?
Every person in our gym is unique and so are their training programs. Even if you’ve got all the experience in the world, please click the “Free Intro” button to schedule a No Sweat Intro!
2. Do you just offer CrossFit?
No! We offer Personal Training and Small Group options. CrossFit is just an offering we have!
3. Do you offer special discounts for students or seniors?
We offer the same amazing service to everyone so, we don’t discount our services to maintain fairness ☺️
4. What if I have a pre-existing injury?
If you are cleared by your doctor for exercise, we can help you! Every program is tailored to your unique needs 💙
5. Do I need fitness experience to join?
No! We pride ourselves on being a gym where most of our members began or restarted their fitness journeys!
6. Do you have personal trainers available?
We have personal trainers available between 5a-8p Monday- Friday and 9a-Noon on Saturday & Sunday!
7. Am I too old to start Strength Training?
No! Many of our athletes started with us at 60+ years old. In fact, one of our owners is 64 at the time of writing this!
8. Are Dogs and Kids allowed?
As long as your family members follow our community guidelines, they can be in the gym with you while you train. We also have Kids Classes 5p every Monday and Friday (Ages 5+)!
9. Are there any nearby landmarks or intersections to help me find your gym?
We are located just shy of 1 light north of Hermann Park on Almeda Rd.
10. Is there parking available at your gym, and how do I get there?
We have onsite parking in our lot and street parking on Riverside St.
