A Workout For When You’re Short On Time!!

Finding a work-life balance isn’t easy. We have to make money so we can support our families and dreams and we have to balance that with actually using that money to spend time with our families to create memories and live a life that we love to be a part of.

And on top of that, you’ve gotta find time to take care of YOU so that you can be there for those people that you love to the best of your abilities! Otherwise, you may miss out on key moments due to a being too stressed, overworked, not fit enough, or worse!

Well, at Vegvisir it is our job to make that last bit (the taking care of you part) as effortless as possible. In doing so, we help you carve out a little hour of you time each day where you get to hang out with your best friends and work on your fitness so you can sleep deeper, eat better, and get the most out of every moment in your life and, to a lesser extent, at work!

Now we know somedays it just get’s too dang hard to make it to the gym and you get frustrated you can’t make that you-time. Well, today we have a ripcord that you can pull anytime you can’t make it to the gym, but you can carve out 10 minutes! (The best part is, if your kid is the reason you can’t make it to the gym. You can make them do this workout with you)!
