Our solution to being successful at both of these? Make it a goal to get to sleep 30 minutes earlier than you do now and listen to your coach when you go to the gym! Your goal is not to lift the most weight to get to your goal faster, you will get to where you want to be when you get there. You’ll get there injury free if you take care of yourself and listen to those who are there to support you that you have taken the leap to trust.
