Have you always wanted the speed and accountability of personal training, mixed with a small group environment, and at a lower price point than traditional personal training?
Well, we are launching a program that does just that to start after the July 4th holiday.
Starting out these will be 2x per week groups of up to 5 people, where you will have individual programming dedicated to working on exactly what you want to progress in. Each session is one hour long and you will have the coach who wrote your program, walking around and making all the corrections and inputs you need each day.

Have mobility work your PT has been asking you to do for weeks that you’ve been putting off for when you “Find the Time”? We have made time for you!
Our current offering is at 3p is on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s and we have 3 spots left. The next offering we are looking to add is at 6p on either Mondays + Wednesdays or Mondays + Fridays, where we also have 3 spots left. (This one can be joined now).
All sessions are led by CF-L2, Multi-year Vegvisir Coach, Gymnastic Guru, Future Physical Therapist, and Internationally Respected Mustache Aficionado*, Brian Henry!
