Time to get Gymnasty

This month’s challenge is magnificent.

It’s amazing.

Best of all, it is like what half of us know we need to work on to hit our goals we are hitting in our Goal Reviews.

Last month, we spent our time getting in tune with our squats. Specifically, getting to hold a 10 minute squat.

If you reached that amazing goal and now you are looking for what’s next:

1) If you loved the benefits of this habit, keep it up! I’m trying to see if I can keep on improving my knees staying out in my squats. I got a “Good Job Kidd” from Coach Sean yesterday so like, gotta keep chasing that high.

2) If you need a new thing to work on, join me as I do this habit 3x per week:

The Challenge For This Month is Days Spent Doing 10 Minutes of Gymnastic Skill Practice.

I personally will be doing my strict muscle-up work to hit my goals of getting back this movement:

1x Per Week: 5×3 Chest to Ring Negatives
1x Per Week: 5×3 Strict Muscle-Ups w/ Band
1x Per Week: 5xMax Effort Chin Over Ring Holds

5 Sets means I go every 2 minutes and I will have done the work necessary to get closer to my goals for that day.

You can do something like this for pull-ups, dips, pistols, handstands, and literally any other thing you want to work on.
