Look, let’s have a big moment of group honesty.

Making friends as an adult sucks. Like just point blank.

When we were kids, it was basically our job to have friends and screw around. Now we work all the time so we can do just that and no one really prepped us for that switch.

The thing is, you read that subject line and went “I’ve got that problem!”

Well, I’ve got an awesome solution for you.

It’s mind alteringly easy.

And best of all, you can do this in your CrossFit class TODAY. All you need to do is repeat it every single day at the CrossFit gym and I guarantee you’ll make a friend.

ASK THE PERSON NEXT TO YOU A QUESTION AND STAY CURIOUS!

What do good friends do? The care about you and tend to spend many moments just listening to you.

Friendship is Caring. Caring is being curious. Being curious means asking questions to learn more about something/someone you’re interested in.
